Your ID card is called a UCard. Here are some important reminders about the ID card that we mailed you:

• Always show your member ID card when getting medical care or filling prescriptions if your plan includes Part D prescription drug coverage. It’s important to show your ID card because it has your member ID number. Your medical providers and pharmacy need this number to confirm that you are a Peoples Health plan member.
