Late Enrollment Penalty Payments

You have several options for paying your late enrollment penalty (LEP).

Choose the method that works best for you. LEP payments should be made to UnitedHealthcare, not Peoples Health.

You can make a one-time LEP payment:

Online at paymyphpremium.com
By calling the UnitedHealthcare automated phone system, printed on your payment invoice*
By check using the instructions on your monthly invoice

*Automated phone payments are not available to members of Peoples Health Group Medicare plans.

You can also set up recurring monthly payments. Visit your member website or call the customer service phone number on your member ID card to set up:
